I’ve always had a strong passion for helping others, which is what led me to pursue a degree in nursing. While I ultimately realized that nursing wasn’t the right path for me, the experience gave me a solid foundation in healthcare and confirmed that my purpose has always been to make a difference in people’s lives.

During that time, I also disovered another passion - fitness and bodybuilding. In my first year of nursing school, I completely transformed my physique, losing 75 pounds and building a healthier lifestyle. What started as a personal goal soon turned into a competitive journey, where I went on to compete in bodybuilding shows and eventually earned status as a natural professional bodybuilder before facing injury brought my time on stage to an end.

Blending my drive to help others with my passion for fitness, I began training and coaching people on their own health and fitness journeys. Through both my own experiences and working with clients, I quickly recognized how essential recovery, pain management and overall well-being are to achieving lasting results.

That realization is what led me to my true calling - Massage Therapy. As a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO, i’m able to combine my passion for helping others, my background in healthcare and my dedication to fitness all together to support others in moving, healing and living their best.

I moved to Brantford to be with my fiancé, who works as an ICU nurse, and I couldn’t be more excited to lay down roots here. My goal is to build strong connections with the community, grow my clientele and start a family in the place we now call home.
